PADI Drysuit DiverDid you ever wonder what it is like to dive while staying completely dry? You might think this isn't "real" diving, but those things are usually only said by people who don't know any better. A drysuit simply allows you to dive for extended periods in very cold or contaminated water. And while we realise that this might not be very high on your wish-list, we know that sooner or later cusriousity wins.
During the specialty we go over the safety aspects of diving in a drysuit. Mastering a dry suit is not exactly the easiest skill you have ever learned. You might struggle a little bit getting your buoyancy under control or keeping the squeeze from you chatting with a high pitch voice.

Also, if your drysuit would flood during your practise, it doesn't fill up with freezing water, but with the nice and comforting water that we have here surrounding the island. We guess you will agree that this is a little more appealing than experiencing this the first time, in the arctic circle?
